Terms of service
✦ I have every right to decline or
fully refund your commission for any given reasons, or if I am simply not able to start and complete the commission✦ My artwork may not be used for ANY AI or NFT related purposes✦ A clear digital reference sheet or flat-colored character artwork to work with is highly prefered, but not necessary. I will accept traditional reference sheets, in these situations however, I will check in with you on the exact colors✦ If the reference was unclear and changes weren´t communicated in the scetching to lining stage, any major changes after finishing a commission will come with an extra charge✦ HD PNG files will provided via a Google Drive or via email if prefered (If you have specific resolution wishes, let me know)✦ After recieving a commission please do not remove the watermark and do not claim the work as your own✦ You may use the commissioned piece for personal use e.g. as an icon, header or printed out as a personal art print or gift✦ You may not use your commissioned piece/my art, in general, to resell and or make any monetary profit off it, including reselling the digital artwork or any physical iteration of it✦ If you´re posting the commissioned work, please make sure to credit me✦ As the artist I retain every right to the original piece and I may use it for further promotion

✦ Payment in Euro/€ only through PayPal and only via Invoice✦ Prices listed in €, please make sure how much you have to pay me if you are using a different currency✦ Full payment upfront before I start working on your commission✦ In case of not beeing able to work on your commission at all, you will reviece a full refund✦ No refunds after I already started working on your commission

Process
✦ After you´ve submitted your commission request, I´ll get in contact with you to confirm your commission✦ Shortly after confirming your request I´ll send you an invoice via Paypal✦ I´ll send you a sketch of the piece within a couple of days, if you need anything changed please feel free to tell me right away, major changes (pose, expression, etc.) can only be made at this stage of the commission✦ After you give me the OK to continue/ all changes are made, I´ll continue the process✦ I will send you another update after lineart and flat colors are done, little changes e.g. specific colors are welcome here if necessary✦ You will recieve the finished piece as a PNG, on request another PNG with a transparent background can be sent✦ If for some reason you lost the file of your commissioned piece you can contact me to resend it, however you may not hold me accountable for losing/not saving the artwork✦ Please note before you commission me, that certain details/colors of your character might be adjusted to fit my style, if you´re not content with that please reconsider commissioning me✦ Feel free to ask for updates, please refrain from rushing me though
